Trek’N Eat offer unique freeze-dried foods that can be easily prepared with hot or cold water. Of course staff were eager to try these and quickly found that they offered a great ‘all natural’ taste thanks to the fact they don’t add preservatives, colourants, or flavour enhancing additives.

You will probably notice that most Trek’n Eat foods have a high calorie count of around 600 calories per package, this is to cover the increased energy consumption during sports activities. Fill the bag up to the maximum filling line (210 ml) with cold or hot water.
