Expedition Foods says
Creamy porridge oats with sweet strawberries.
Preparation: Remove the oxygen absorber* (sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add up to 270 ml hot water, stirring as your pour and then close the bag. Wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate. (Cold water will suffice, however the rehydration time is much longer.)
The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. Do not eat.
Expedition Foods meals have a long shelf life of up to 5 years.

STAFF’S TASTE TEST – If you’re already a fan of porridge with strawberries then you will like this. It tastes just like regular porridge, and has just the right amount of strawberries, not just a few sprinkled inside. It’s sweet, but not too sweet and the texture is good, not too gloopy. A strong favourite in the group |
